As a Finance & Receiving Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our operations. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data in our accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor records.
- Maintain and update financial documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
