📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll processing, including tax withholdings and benefit calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.
• Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and tax inspections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the cosmetics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry.
