📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
Manage and coordinate a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
Utilize logistics software such as SAP or Oracle to track and manage shipments.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
Proven experience in managing logistics teams and optimizing supply chain operations.
Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
