📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities using project management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure clear and effective internal and external communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports and other communication materials to stakeholders.
• Assist in the organization and execution of internal and external workshops, training sessions, and other communication events.
• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and risk registers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management and communication processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in a dynamic and international setting.
• Previous internship or work experience in project management, communications, or a related field is a plus.
