📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for Indonesia Cargo's products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand and follow.,Update and revise existing documentation as needed to reflect changes in products and services.,Ensure that all documentation is consistent with Indonesia Cargo's brand and style guidelines.,Work with the marketing team to create product guides, manuals, and other materials.,Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use of our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
