In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and enrolling Malaysian students in our Beauty Education programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract Malaysian students to our Beauty Education programs.,Conduct market research to identify potential student sources and trends in the Malaysian beauty education sector.,Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions in Malaysia to promote our programs.,Organize and participate in student recruitment events, such as fairs, workshops, and webinars, to showcase our programs and engage with potential students.,Provide excellent customer service to students and their families, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated recruitment approach.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in student recruitment and education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, marketing, or business, or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in student recruitment, particularly in the beauty education sector, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of the Malaysian education system and the beauty industry in Malaysia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid work permit or visa for Indonesia is required.
