📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
