📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting cost planning, estimating, and budgeting for construction projects,Preparing and managing project schedules, including critical path analysis,Monitoring and controlling project costs, ensuring they remain within budget,Preparing and reviewing project progress reports, including cost and time performance,Managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services,Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards,Preparing and reviewing tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates,Providing technical advice and support to project teams and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques,Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis,Experience with project management software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
