📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate internal controls into business processes and systems.,Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control procedures and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in internal controls and risk management.,Report on internal control effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.,Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or compliance, with a focus on the e-commerce industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.,Proven ability to develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.,Certifications in internal controls, risk management, or compliance are a plus.
