In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial transactions, including cash and non-cash payments,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff,Handle cash handling duties, including opening and closing the cash register,Assist in the reconciliation of daily financial transactions,Process and manage patient deposits and refunds,Stay updated with the latest payment and financial processing technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or financial transaction role,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field,Familiarity with dental insurance and payment processing systems,Strong attention to detail and accuracy
