📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the Fixed Assets accounting process, including depreciation and disposal.
  • Handle all aspects of Tax compliance and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of financial management and reporting.
