Manage and coordinate tendering processes from initiation to completion.,Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.,Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and order processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or order processing.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
