📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with insurance products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in sales activities such as promoting insurance products and services.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.,Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
