In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that our training initiatives are effective and aligned with our organizational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design courses and workshops to address those needs.,Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure that training initiatives are effective and aligned with organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
