📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients,Train and mentor junior staff members,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and feedback,Participate in menu development and cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment,Experience in managing a team,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
