Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the development of software solutions from conception to completion.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conducting code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
