Moon Web Dinamis is looking for a Lead Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial planning processes.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
