📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet their daily targets.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Promote and sell dental products and services effectively.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with dental products and services is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
