📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market in Balikpapan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
