Life Cloud Indonesia is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
