📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Support the HR department in administrative tasks and projects,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for management,Provide general HR support to the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
