📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos, using high-quality coffee beans.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Assist in the preparation of other beverages, such as pour-over coffee, cold brew, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of coffee beans and equipment.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume coffee shop or café.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
