📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent to IDS Medical Systems.
• Create and manage content for social media and internal communications to enhance our employer brand.
• Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events, career fairs, and job fairs.
• Support the HR team in sourcing and attracting top candidates for open positions.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our employer brand.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and corporate culture development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar is a plus.
