As FOH Supervisor, you'll manage daily operations, train staff, and ensure high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily FOH operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and restaurant policies.
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Participate in shift planning and staff development initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FOH management, preferably in high-volume restaurants.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality culture and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid work permit for relocation to Bali.
- Previous experience in Bali or other tropical destinations is a plus.
