In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Operator in managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Support the Store Operator in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.,Assist customers with product information, sales, and after-sales service.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or inventory management role.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
