📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and/or international cuisine.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Good physical fitness and stamina.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
