📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
- Coordinate patient schedules, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a dental clinic.
- Proven experience in managing a team of dental professionals.
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using dental management software such as Dentrix, Practice Fusion, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
