📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
