📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Proven track record of successful training program implementation
