The Parlor Hills is seeking a dedicated Tenant Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through regular communication and visits.,Resolve tenant concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.,Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.,Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies.,Assist in marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants.,Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to tenant rights and responsibilities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to tenants and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with property management software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
