Linea Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strata management and be able to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial strata properties.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.,Handle and resolve tenant and owner disputes and complaints.,Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.,Manage budgets and financial reporting for strata properties.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and property.,Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strata management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian strata laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with property management software is a plus.
