📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and customer traffic.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store is stocked with the right products and that promotions are effectively communicated to customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
