📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the mechanical aspects of cement production, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new equipment and processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the mechanical engineering department.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in cement manufacturing.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Monitor and optimize the performance of mechanical systems to improve overall plant efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the cement industry.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes in cement manufacturing.,Proven experience in planning and optimization of manufacturing processes.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in mechanical engineering and planning.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
