Go Bay Cemerlang is seeking a Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to address any issues or concerns.,Manage vehicle schedules, including fueling, servicing, and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records.,Train and supervise fleet coordinators and drivers.,Handle vehicle documentation and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
