📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop curriculum.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to analyze data and create reports.
