📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure its availability.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Assist in the deployment and maintenance of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve IT issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
