📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building facilities, equipment, and engineering systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
